Positive: L'emplacement près de l'aéroport
Negative: Le manque de flexibilité au niveau des horaires de depart, et il y n'a pas assez de couette et de draps, j'ai un enfant qui s'est retrouvé sans rien. Je n'ai pas apprécié du tout ce manque.
De plus il manque des rideaux car il n'y a que des voilages, avec la lumière la nuit nous n'avons plus d'intimité car on voit tout ce qui se passe dans l'appartement.

Good location bad staff and candling

Negative: Unfortunately, the booking was made through your website and a reservation number was received. However, upon arriving at the location, we found a security guard of Egyptian nationality who informed us that we had to register the guests' names and personal details through the website in order to get the apartment, and then we need to call the representative to get the apartment number, as he had no information about our reservation. So, we called a lady (Filipina), who provided us with the apartment number. Upon entering the building, the security guard informed us that we needed to obtain the parking number for our car, which he also did not have, and that we should call the Filipina lady again to get the parking number. After calling her again, she gave us parking spot number B179, but unfortunately, we could not locate it.We called the Filipina lady again, and she said the security guard should help us. Unfortunately, the security guard confirmed he had no knowledge of these matters, especially the parking locations and elevator password. When we contacted the Filipina lady again for the fourth time, she said that she would speak to the security guard to help facilitate the parking process. At the same time, all the information was sent to my phone via WhatsApp. Unfortunately, it was a very exhausting process. we were in the location for more than an hour till this matter done— starting with the issues of entry, then parking, and finally the problem with the Elevator & apartment door's passcode. It could have been much easier if someone responsible was available to handle these matters, especially since the property owners wanted to invest through your platform by renting their apartment as a hotel-like unit. This was the worst experience I have had, and I hope to be compensated for the delay and the phone calls, as I had to call the representative more than four times using my Omani number to clarify these issues.
